The job involves coordinating the production of websites between our clients and our web development team. Our sales team closes the accounts. Your responsibility is to make sure websites assigned to you get launched efficiently and on schedule.

If you are a self-starter, motivated and want to get into the web design and development field, this is the job for you. This position involves 95% project/client coordination and 5% web design/development.

You must be a people person with excellent communication skills. Great candidates for this position include customer service representatives, web/graphic designers, project managers and others with art/media backgrounds.

The candidate must have the ability to:
 
Assist in managing web design projects and coordinating with clients via email and phone
Identify needed resources for each project
Assist in tracking web project issues and drive their resolution
Create project status reports and deliver status updates
Be responsible for the process of producing project documents including schedules
Provide support on internal and client projects
Juggle multiple tasks effectively
Maintain excellent customer relationships
Ability to follow instructions well and make decisions with no supervision
Learn computer skills quickly and be very Internet-savvy
Be very organized and be able to use Windows XP and Word

High Level Sales Associate to Join Experienced Successful Sales Team

The Design People, Inc./Agent Image is looking for a highly motivated and talented Account Executive who will be contacting inbound inquiries and assisting them with their purchasing decision. The successful candidate will be a detail oriented, driven sales professional with excellent communication skills who wants to join a proven and successful sales team motivated by consistency, base salary and a generous commission structure.
Our clientele grows rapidly each month with a 98% customer retention rate. 95% of our customers are real estate agents, brokers and realty firms from across the nation within our real estate division Agent Image.

Responsibilities
  • Assess client's business objectives to provide strategic marketing recommendations and creative solutions tailored to fit their specific needs
  • Consult with potential clients and match them with the products and services that The Design People, Inc./Agent Image offer
  • Act as key liaison between potential client and internal teams including marketing, design and technology
Requirements
  • 2+ years of exceptioal sales success
  • Powerful communication and consultative selling skills
  • Previous phone sales a plus
  • Solid understanding of small business issues and challenges
  • A “never-compromise” level of integrity
  • Previous experience in leading the acquisition and building relations with
    new prospects
  • Up-to-date on latest interactive trends and innovations
  • Well organized and extremely efficient
  • Motivated by a rewarding commission plan
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills
  • Real estate industry experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of web and interactive marketing solutions a plus
